Try cutting back on what you eat. MODERATION! Cut back on softdrinks and fast food. Also, try doing crunches and sit ups. This will help your lower stomach. To get leg muscles, try lifting leg weights, or riding a bike uphill. Running or jogging a 2 miles a day will drop wieght fast if you don’t put it back right after by havinga feast at McDonalds. Again, the key is excercise and moderation of what you eat. Instead of havig chips for a snack, try an apple. With a balanced healthy meal and suffienct exercise, you will be fine. Lift weights if you fell you want to tone your muslces.
